The Bald Eagle stands as a symbol of our nation with its majestic pride, grace and strength. This Bald Eagle has captured a large Rainbow Trout and is standing on some rocks with the Trout in his Talons challenging all who would attempt to take it away from him.
The complete sculpture was made from a single White Cedar log which was aged six years. It is approximately life size and mounted on a custom turned Mahogany base.

The Golden Eagle is found in the remote mountainous regions of the northern hemisphere and quite common on the high rugged cliffs of the American West. It is very Majestic in appearance and Graceful in flight with Golden tipped feathers on the back of his head and cape.
